They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to reputed company strategic AI-first transformation initiatives, driving reputed company-wide programs that reputed company delivery methodologies and improve technology solution implementations.
Responsibilities

- reputed company and manage comprehensive program plans, including milestones, dependencies, resource planning, and reputed company metrics
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams while proactively managing risks, priorities, and program deliverables
- Partner with Product, PMO, Delivery, and Enablement teams to ensure successful implementation of AI-first methodologies

- Facilitate decision-making across globally distributed stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the program lifecycle
- Establish program governance, delivery standards, communication frameworks, and best practices

Skills
- 5–7+ years of program/project management in technology organizations

- Understanding of technical product development and delivery workflows

- Strong planning, dependency, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting AI adoption or organizational transformation is highly desirable
