[Remote] AI Product Engineer (Copilot & Power Platform) (Remote - US)

They are seeking an AI Product Engineer to design and implement AI experiences and automations using reputed company Copilot and Power Platform, while ensuring reputed company and compliance in their solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and support reputed company Copilot Chat and reputed company 365 Copilot use-cases (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company) with strong grounding and content hygiene practices
- Build and operate Copilot Studio agents (topics, actions, connectors, Dataverse) and reputed company with reputed company Copilot Agents patterns (tool use, orchestration, reputed company-in-the-reputed company)
- reputed company Power Automate workflows to operationalize AI outputs, including robust error handling, monitoring, and reputed company-reputed company design
- Design Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Dataverse) to reputed company reputed company user experiences, governed data reputed company, and operational dashboards (Power BI)
- reputed company with reputed company systems reputed company reputed company Graph and Power Platform connectors; design and maintain custom connectors/reputed company where needed
- Implement reputed company and compliance controls (Entra ID permissions/consent, least privilege, Purview DLP/labels/retention) and validate data boundaries for AI interactions
- Establish agent/automation lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod), change control, versioning, and rollback practices; document runbooks and reputed company KTLO support
- reputed company reputed company AI-assisted content workflows with reputed company Creative reputed company (including reputed company practices), focusing on IP protection and approved usage patterns
- Measure reputed company using adoption/telemetry signals; continuously improve agents and automations based on user feedback and operational data
Skills
- 0-3 years in reputed company engineering, product engineering, or platform operations (reputed company 365 / Power Platform)
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate; working knowledge of reputed company 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat experiences
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts (reputed company patterns, RAG, limitations) and Responsible AI practices in reputed company environments
- reputed company and governance experience: Entra ID app/identity concepts, permissions/consent, and information protection (Purview, DLP, labels)
- API and integration skills (REST, OAuth2) and ability to troubleshoot reputed company, cross-service issues
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into feasible solutions and to produce reputed company documentation/runbooks
- Experience with Dataverse reputed company model, custom connectors, ALM pipelines, and Power Platform Center of reputed company practices
- Familiarity with reputed company Graph data reputed company patterns and M365 information architecture (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams)
- Experience supporting reputed company Creative reputed company in an reputed company environment and understanding of content/IP governance
