This role involves collaboration with various teams to create customer-reputed company documentation and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, including planning, authoring, publishing, and maintaining technical content for software and hardware products
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Training, Support, and Marketing teams to create reputed company, customer-reputed company documentation
- Drive reputed company process improvements
Skills
- 2–5 years of technical writing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with DITA XML authoring, preferably Oxygen XML and Heretto (or similar CCMS tools)
- Experience creating reputed company-first technical documentation and online content
- Knowledge of Jira, reputed company, and AI tools (reputed company reputed company or similar) for content development
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience evaluating existing documentation, creating documentation plans, and improving documentation reputed company
- Experience with Git, reputed company Creative Suite, and automation tools
- Ability to create workflow diagrams, screenshots, and other documentation visuals
- Experience in the video reputed company or broader technology industry
- Strong customer-first reputed company and experience driving documentation process improvements
