[Remote] Project Manager - VNDLY Implementation

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a strong Project Manager to support the global implementation of VNDLY across 24+ countries and multiple business reputed company. This role will manage the implementation reputed company on vendor management, contract processes, data migration, reporting, and global stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support global VNDLY implementation activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage project documentation, reporting, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Analyze and manage large data sets reputed company to reputed company, vendors, and workforce programs
• Create advanced reputed company reports, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis
• Maintain SharePoint sites and ensure project information is accurate and accessible
• Partner with HR teams to understand global vendor management processes and regional requirements
• Collaborate with Allegis implementation partners, IT teams, and HR technology teams
• Support data cleanup, validation, migration, and process improvement efforts
• reputed company updates and recommendations to leadership teams

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting reputed company initiatives
• Experience with global implementations, HR technology, VMS, or workforce management systems
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
• Experience with Power BI and SharePoint
• Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to support global teams and overlap with European time zones as needed
• Experience with VNDLY or another Vendor Management System
• Experience managing contingent workforce programs or vendor ecosystems
• Experience working with HR IT, implementation partners, and global business teams
• Knowledge of global labor considerations and workforce processes
