[Remote] Product Analyst - Personal Lines Insurance (Hybrid Webster, MA or Remote)

In this role, you will analyze data to drive product performance, reputed company strategies, and collaborate across various departments to implement product changes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze profitability, reputed company trends, and key performance drivers across states and agencies
- Identify opportunities to improve results and expand market reputed company

- Present insights and proposals to leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with Actuarial, reputed company, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to bring product changes to market

- Evaluate internal data, competitor positioning, and market trends

- Monitor regulatory updates and collaborate with Legal on filings
- Manage timelines and deliverables for state filings

- Support testing and ensure accurate implementation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (or 4–6 years with an associate degree)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of profitability and forecasting
- Experience working with data (reputed company required; reputed company/reputed company a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and comfort working through ambiguity
- Experience supporting Personal Lines Insurance specifically Auto and/or Homeowner's products
- Basic knowledge of insurance pricing/actuarial concepts
