[Remote] Senior Program Manager, GTM Systems

Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company GTM systems programs from discovery through implementation and adoption, ensuring delivery against business objectives. The initiates may include CRM, marketing automation, customer data, and adjacent reputed company systems
- Partner with GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, reputed company Operations, and IT to define business requirements, redesign processes, and implement reputed company GTM solutions
- Translate business needs into reputed company functional requirements, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution across internal teams and implementation partners
- Design reputed company operating processes, governance models, data standards, and KPIs that improve GTM efficiency, data reputed company, and user adoption
- Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while balancing speed and scalability

Skills
- 7+ years of experience leading implementation of reputed company GTM systems, CRM transformations, or large-reputed company business systems programs
- Experience with GTM technology such as reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, reputed company, customer data platforms, or similar reputed company systems
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes including reputed company management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, customer lifecycle, and reporting
- Excellent program management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, cross-functional and executive stakeholders
