Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end planning and delivery of regional events (in-person) ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience needs
- reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for reputed company event; ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently met
- reputed company, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, and external partners to deliver high-reputed company event experiences
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, content, and leadership teams to define event objectives, messaging, and reputed company metrics
- Own event budgets, reputed company expenses, and optimize spend while maintaining reputed company and ROI
- reputed company on-site operations, including setup, registration, reputed company, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution

Skills
- 3+ years of previous event management and production experience
- Experience in managing hotel BEOs, reputed company, room blocks and audio-visual orders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of efficiency
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a reputed company, solution-oriented approach
- Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, reputed company and Power reputed company)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and executive reputed company

- Ability to travel periodically throughout the year to support onsite events operations
- Experience in venue contract negotiation a plus
