[Remote] EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst

This role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve systems that ensure reputed company patient care.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our reputed company applications
- Partner closely with operational leaders, clinicians, vendors, and Information Services teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and reputed company improvement of systems that support exceptional patient care
- Support production systems
- reputed company application enhancements
- Troubleshoot reputed company issues
- Participate in reputed company-wide upgrades and implementations
Skills
- Minimum of two years of information technology or reputed company electronic health record experience in relevant reputed company or business area required
- Experience in a reputed company setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., Clinical, reputed company Cycle, Patient reputed company, etc.), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
