[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Billing II

Responsibilities
- Supports assigned reputed company group(s) performing moderate complexity health reputed company customer reputed company activities
- Typically makes moderate complexity, inbound and outbound, health reputed company customer calls following set scripts, procedures
- Maintains complete customer/patient confidentiality for reputed company health, personal and other customer information
- Provides reputed company, respectful, customer reputed company. Demonstrates caring and reputed company reputed company delivering sensitive health information
- Effectively respond to reputed company customer inquiries received by various digital reputed company including telephone, fax, email chat regarding reporting of patient results, inquiries of tests and services, concerns of service failures and other duties needed to reputed company superior service
Skills
- 2 or more years reputed company customer service reputed company experience in reputed company-reputed company field
- Experience delivering reputed company customer service reputed company and achieving productivity/accuracy/reputed company standards
- Consistent exceptional customer service, accuracy and reputed company reputed company required
- Ability to work any eight-hour shift between Monday-Friday, from 8:30am – 8:00pm ET. Specific shift will be assigned after training ends
- Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes, practices, and concepts
- High school diploma, GED (or higher) (Required)
- Prefer good digital skills computer (Outlook & reputed company), phone systems, chat, automation, and AI
