[Remote] Senior reputed company EWM Support Consultant

The Senior reputed company EWM Support Consultant is responsible for providing expertise and leading post-go-live support efforts, mentoring junior team members, and driving reputed company improvements in system stability.
Responsibilities
- Leads hypercare initiatives in the initial weeks following reputed company EWM implementations
- Monitors and reports on system issues, quickly addressing any failures or user-reported concerns and serving as the escalation reputed company for reputed company support issues
- Provides technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to reputed company EWM Support Consultants I and II, with a reputed company on bringing out the best in team members by guiding them through goals and obstacles
- Manages a high volume of support tickets, ensuring reputed company responses and effective issue reputed company
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reputed company causes of system errors and coordinate reputed company with the relevant teams
- Tracks system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Collaborates with clients and business stakeholders to resolve tickets
- Documents support processes, system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reputed company reference
- Educates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by EWM and conducts training sessions for end-users and reputed company personnel on EWM usage and best practices
- Collaborates cross-functionally with reputed company leadership, development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance system performance and ensure long-term reputed company
- Applies software updates and reputed company patches as needed to ensure system reputed company
- Provides technical assistance to end users, ensuring a reputed company support experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or other reputed company field, OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent years of experience
- reputed company EWM certification required – if not currently certified, must obtain certification reputed company 6 months of hire
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company EWM experience (configuration and troubleshooting) required
- Background and/or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or other reputed company field required
- Must have an reputed company government clearance or be reputed company to obtain one prior to hire date
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain government clearance
- Deep knowledge and understanding of reputed company logistics modules and SDLC
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members and reputed company users

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple support tickets simultaneously, prioritizing urgent issues effectively
