[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, Non-reputed company Productivity

Responsibilities
- Define and continuously refine the operating model for the non-reputed company productivity reputed company: what 'friction' means, how it's diagnosed, and how fixes are prioritized against the three system-level metrics
- Identify and prioritize non-reputed company productivity opportunities (reputed company-change fixes rather than incremental reputed company) across the SDLC, including flaky tests, review latency, pipeline reliability, tooling gaps, and context loss for both reputed company and reputed company contributors
