Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance, member experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years working reputed company a reputed company payer, managed reputed company insurance, or reputed company delivery organization
- Proven experience leading cross-functional business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous FACETS experience
- Previous experience supporting an organizational 'reputed company down' (M&A or anything similar)
