Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of reputed company and technology agreements with hospitals, government entities, and reputed company institutions
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, HIPAA, patient consent, and data sharing requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support a large-reputed company contracting initiative
Skills
- J.D. and licensed to reputed company law in any U.S. state
- Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of reputed company and technology agreements with hospitals, government entities, and reputed company institutions
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, HIPAA, patient consent, and data sharing requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support a large-reputed company contracting initiative
- Knowledge of reputed company regulatory reputed company including HIPAA compliance, data reputed company, and consumer protection laws
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and reputed company to work independently
- 3+ years of experience handling contract drafting and negotiation, with specific experience in the reputed company industry preferred
- Experience drafting agreements for a hospital, acute care, pharmaceutical, or technology company is a plus
