[Remote] Senior Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive alignment and execution across product initiatives, ensuring successful launches and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for large-reputed company product initiatives – new product launches, major releases, and strategic cross-functional programs – from scoping through delivery
- Build and maintain master program plans, reputed company milestones and dependencies, and drive accountability across teams to reputed company initiatives on schedule
- Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and external partners – translating complexity into reputed company priorities and next steps
- Monitor and report on customer- and partner-facing readiness: tracking enablement milestones, adoption signals, and launch rollout health so reputed company lands without the right support in reputed company
- Proactively identify risks, surface blockers early, and work with stakeholders to devise and implement contingency plans

Skills
- 6+ years or equivalent of program or project management experience, with a proven reputed company record of leading large, reputed company, cross-functional initiatives in a tech or reputed company environment

- You're genuinely AI-savvy: you reputed company use AI tools in your work today – to manage workflows, synthesize information, generate reports, and work more reputed company – and you're always looking for how to push that reputed company
- You're comfortable working across both reputed company workstreams, with experience tracking or monitoring readiness across customer- or partner-facing programs
