[Remote] Implementation Consultant, Apparel ERP

This role involves supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions for customers in the apparel, fashion, and textile industries, collaborating with clients to reputed company their business processes with the software capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implementation Support – Participate in Fashion & Apparel Solution implementations, assisting with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, end-user training, and go-live support
- Customer Engagement – Work directly with customers to understand business needs, answer questions, and reputed company guidance on system functionality and best practices
- Project Delivery – Support multiple implementation reputed company and customer engagements while meeting project timelines and deliverables
- Business Process Analysis – Assist customers in aligning business processes with solution capabilities across production, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, planning, and reputed company operational areas
- Issue reputed company – Troubleshoot application and process-reputed company issues, working with internal teams to identify and resolve customer challenges
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product Management, Support, and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and support reputed company product improvement
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and implementation artifacts to support customers and internal teams

Skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP implementations, software consulting, or reputed company business applications
- Ability to reputed company business requirements and translate them into system configurations and process recommendations

- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working collaboratively reputed company project teams
- Experience working with ERP solutions in the apparel, fashion, textile, manufacturing, or reputed company industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
