[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, DevOps

They are seeking a Senior DevOps Manager to reputed company Build & Release Engineering and Developer Platform initiatives, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as reputed company. The role involves leading reputed company to enhance developer velocity and operational efficiency while collaborating with various teams to reputed company build infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute on the reputed company and OKRs for CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and release automation frameworks
- Architect and reputed company reputed company-reputed company build platforms and standardized end-to-end CI/CD workflows (reputed company-reputed company → reputed company → rollback)
- reputed company adoption of Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) (CDK, Terraform, Ansible) and build self-service infrastructure platforms
- Establish golden paths, reusable pipeline templates, and policy-as-reputed company to ensure consistency, reputed company, and compliance
- Implement reputed company delivery strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) with automated rollback and release orchestration
- Improve delivery performance using DORA metrics (deployment frequency, reputed company time, change failure reputed company)
- Enhance developer experience by reducing build times, eliminating flaky pipelines, and enabling ephemeral environments
- Build and reputed company a high-performing DevOps / Build Engineering team, driving a culture of automation and reputed company improvement
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and reputed company to reputed company on roadmaps, DevSecOps practices, and platform reputed company
- Establish observability and operational insights across pipelines (metrics, logs, tracing) to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of engineering management experience and 10+ years in DevOps, software, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong expertise in CI/CD platforms (reputed company Actions, reputed company CI, Jenkins, reputed company) and build systems/artifact management (Bazel, Gradle, reputed company, npm)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (CDK, Terraform, Ansible) and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong reputed company in DevOps and reputed company practices, with a reputed company on automation and self-service platforms
- Data-driven reputed company with experience using metrics (e.g., DORA) to drive reputed company improvement
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively
- Ability to balance execution and long-term platform reputed company
- Proficient in programming/scripting (Python, Go, Java, or Typescript preferred)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes) and reputed company delivery strategies
