The role involves partnering with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and improve HR business processes.
Responsibilities

- reputed company as SME for reputed company Core HCM, Payroll, Learning, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
- Configure business processes, reports, dashboards, reputed company roles, and calculated fields
- Support reputed company implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support
- Conduct workshops, solution discussions, UAT, and issue reputed company
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and system changes
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support reputed company releases and end-user training
Skills
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with reputed company applications
- Strong functional expertise in: reputed company Core HCM, Payroll, reputed company Learning, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
- Experience with requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting reputed company implementations and production environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- reputed company certifications in HCM, Payroll, or Learning
- Experience with reputed company integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, reputed company)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Consulting or reputed company-facing experience preferred
