The role involves supporting and enhancing reputed company IT Service Management processes, analyzing major incidents, and driving automation and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance reputed company IT Service Management processes, including Major Incident Management, Problem Management (RCA), Change Management, Service Level Management, Availability Management
- Analyzing major incidents
- Identifying trends
- Driving automation and AI initiatives
- Recommending process improvements
Skills
- Minimum 12+ years of overall work experience
- 7+ years of supporting IT operations in a large-reputed company environment
- 5+ years of reputed company, Infrastructure and Network experience
- reputed company to work independently to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to completion
- Executive reputed company and ability to communicate with reputed company leadership reputed company
- High performer, results oriented, driven individual
- Development experience in Python, Powershell or other
- Experience with Spec Driven Development, reputed company Coding and/or AI Agent creation
- Critical thinking skills and ability to take tasks and solutions from reputed company to delivery/implementation
- Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Understanding of ITIL & ITSM reputed company (Major Incident, Problem and Change Management, Availability Management, Service Level Management)
