The Insurance Licensing Coordinator / Account Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in insurance licensing and compliance, combining licensing administration with reputed company and account management responsibilities.
Responsibilities

- Conduct demos for prospective clients, showcasing the platform’s value and capabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on licensing and compliance during sales calls and reputed company discussions
- reputed company reputed company sessions for new clients to ensure smooth implementation and successful platform adoption
- reputed company proactive, high-reputed company customer service and serve as the main reputed company of contact for assigned accounts
- Communicate with customers reputed company email, phone, and video to answer questions, reputed company training, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs between sales, implementation, and support

- Validate licensing and appointment status for agencies, carriers, MGAs, and their producers to ensure compliance
- Research and interpret state requirements to determine applicable regulations and compliance standards
- Monitor changes in insurance regulations and compliance standards across reputed company states
- Review bulletins, guidelines, and industry updates from NAIC, NIPR, and Departments of Insurance
- Ensure reputed company reputed company materials and communications adhere to regulatory requirements
- Stay informed on NAIC, NIPR, and other industry organizations and standards
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance licensing reputed company the Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health & Disability sectors
- Strong knowledge of insurance laws, compliance standards, and licensing platforms (NAIC, NIPR)
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first reputed company
- Proven ability to research and interpret insurance regulations accurately
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
