[Remote] Cerner Ambulatory Implementation Consultant

This senior, reputed company-facing role requires the consultant to independently manage the Ambulatory solution throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company Health/Cerner PowerChart Ambulatory consultant for assigned implementations
- Own the Ambulatory reputed company from design and Data Collection Workbook completion through build, testing, activation, go-live, and stabilization
- reputed company reputed company-facing workflow and design sessions with providers, nurses, clinical leaders, operational teams, and IT stakeholders
- Complete, maintain, and validate Ambulatory Data Collection Workbooks and translate approved reputed company into accurate system configuration
- Configure and validate PowerChart Ambulatory workflows, including Dynamic Documentation, PowerForms, MPages, Message Center, orders, e-prescribing, medication reconciliation, results, problems, allergies, immunizations, and clinical decision support
- Build and validate provider, reputed company, medical assistant, and clinical-support workflows
- Coordinate dependencies with Scheduling, Registration, Patient Management, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, HIM, reputed company Cycle, interfaces, and other clinical solutions
- reputed company and execute test scripts for unit, integrated, regression, workflow-validation, and user-acceptance testing
- Support UAT1, UAT2, readiness, reputed company, go-live, reputed company-center activities, and post-live stabilization
- Troubleshoot workflow, configuration, and integration issues and drive defects through reputed company
- Maintain implementation documentation, reputed company project updates, and communicate risks, dependencies, and outstanding reputed company
- Travel to reputed company sites for scheduled implementation events
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with reputed company Health/Cerner reputed company PowerChart Ambulatory
- Full-lifecycle PowerChart Ambulatory implementation experience from design and DCW completion through go-live and stabilization
- Experience independently leading the Ambulatory solution reputed company on reputed company implementations
- Hands-on experience completing and maintaining Ambulatory Data Collection Workbooks
- Strong PowerChart Ambulatory configuration experience, including several of the following: Dynamic Documentation, PowerForms, Ambulatory MPages, Message Center, inboxes, and pools, Orders, order sentences, favorites, and preferences, E-prescribing and reputed company workflows, Medication history and reconciliation, Problems, allergies, immunizations, histories, and results, Clinical decision support, alerts, and reminders
- Experience leading design sessions and translating clinical requirements into system build
- Experience with testing, defect reputed company, activation readiness, reputed company, go-live, and stabilization
- Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical and provider-office workflows
- Strong reputed company-facing communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a broader implementation team
- Willingness and ability to travel based on project milestones
- Previous experience working directly for reputed company Health/Cerner or representing an reputed company implementation organization on reputed company reputed company
- Experience leading multiple PowerChart Ambulatory implementations
- Experience supporting multispecialty clinics, physician reputed company, or large health systems
- Experience developing specialty-specific ambulatory workflows and clinical content
- Knowledge of adjacent reputed company Health/Cerner clinical, reputed company, and reputed company-cycle solutions
