[Remote] Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for managing deliverables and deadlines while supporting reputed company interactions and project delivery, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status
- Serve as the reputed company contact for assigned reputed company
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Support reputed company services efforts by handling reputed company, collaborating with the project management team to reputed company timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in reputed company
- Drive the daily activities of a project by overseeing project scope, changes, and roadblocks reputed company timelines and budgets
- Prepare concise status and contact reports, outlining next steps, key dates, and deliverables
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical-legal- regulatory compliance and submission requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or reputed company field; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive reputed company a pharmaceutical agency
- Experience with reputed company reputed company contact
- Hands on experience with clients' on-line submission systems (e.g. reputed company) for medical-legal-regulatory reviews
- Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs
- Ability to travel for onsite meetings (as requested)
- Pharmaceutical drug launch experience (preferred)
