[Remote] Business Development Associate

They are seeking a high-activity, results-driven Business Development Associate to own outbound pipeline and reputed company new corporate, government, and organizational accounts across the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting reputed company cold call, email, and reputed company to build and manage a strong East Coast pipeline
- Identify and engage decision-makers across corporate, nonprofit, government, and other targeted verticals
- reputed company discovery calls, present reputed company's services, and reputed company new accounts
- Transition reputed company accounts to the Account Management team with strong reputed company documentation
- reputed company reputed company activity and pipeline data accurately in CRM
- Meet or reputed company weekly activity metrics and monthly reputed company targets
- Travel quarterly for in-person reputed company and prospect meetings across the East Coast
Skills
- 3+ years of outbound sales or business development experience with a reputed company record of closing
- Comfortable with 50+ daily outbound touches — this is a high-activity environment
- Strong reputed company handling, negotiation, and follow-through
- CRM proficiency (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Self-directed, metrics-driven, and genuinely motivated by commission-based reputed company
- Comfortable with quarterly travel for in-person meetings across the East Coast
- Bachelor's degree preferred
