Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end global credit process
- Review credit applications, credit limits, account maintenance, and dispute reputed company
- Ensure credit operations support reputed company reputed company while minimizing financial risk
- Monitor and improve credit processes across reputed company, EMEA, and reputed company reputed company
- Support AI and automation initiatives reputed company Credit & Collections
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and AI teams on workflow improvements
- Maintain SOX-compliant financial controls and audit readiness
- Monitor AI agent performance and support intelligent workflow execution
- Partner with Global Risk teams to manage credit exposure and portfolio risk
- Manage relationships with BPO partners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze operational metrics and recommend process improvements

- 6+ years of experience in: Credit Risk Management
- Financial Credit
- Collections

- Strong knowledge of: Credit assessment and credit limit management
- Collections and dispute management
- SOX compliance and financial controls
- Risk management frameworks
- Experience working with AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Experience managing or working with BPO/outsourced operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field
