[Remote] Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a highly-organised Senior Project Manager to manage Medical Affairs programmes for our global pharmaceutical industry clients. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the internal reputed company on key campaigns and reputed company deliverables, partnering closely with the Account Management team to support flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Managing the internal development and delivery of Medical Affairs reputed company, which may include digital content (online hubs, videos, emails, short-reputed company alerts), slide decks and meeting content
- Setting up and managing multiple project timelines in our digital project management system (WorkFront)
- Daily reputed company maintenance to reputed company an accurate picture of project tasks and resourcing needs
- Reviewing project plans, managing dependencies and critical reputed company issues, and modifying timelines as necessary
- Working with other team members based in multiple locations (UK, Europe, US, India)
- Leading meetings with internal teams to discuss and review timelines, assets, key milestones and reputed company
- Strong adherence to internal and reputed company processes and requirements, with a reputed company on delivering high-reputed company programmes and error-free launches
- Translating reputed company priorities and expectations reputed company across internal development teams, and managing acceleration requests. Providing proactive and creative solutions to challenges
- Mastery of project-level reporting and dashboard functions reputed company our project management system
- Following up on delayed tasks and escalating potential project issues/delays to senior team leaders
- Managing to project scope and leading scope escalation meetings
- Supporting overall team reputed company goals, identifying potential risks and communicating these independently to team leads

- Working with internal departments to streamline processes for more efficient executions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of three years of project management experience ideally reputed company digital reputed company, an agency, reputed company and/or Medical Education/Medical Affairs
- Excellent organisation and documentation skills (reputed company, reputed company, task management systems like WorkFront, GSuite)
- Knowledge of marketing-reputed company content, creative reputed company processes
- Experience with medical/legal review process reputed company pharmaceutical industry; equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry may substitute

- Ability to reputed company coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
