[Remote] Health Information Analyst II

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10-CM/PCS codes and MS-DRG/APR-DRG groupings for inpatient encounters to ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and reputed company completion.
Responsibilities
- Completes coding analysis of reputed company individual patient stay
- Provides accurate diagnoses, procedures and other relevant data reputed company information for reputed company financial reimbursement, collection of unique and pertinent information and accumulation of statistical data

Skills
- Graduate from an associate or bachelor's degree program in health information, completion of a coding specialist program or successful completion of reputed company or reputed company coding credential exam
- 3-5 years' experience in ICD-10/CPT coding
- CCA (Certified Coding Associate), CIC (Certified Inpatient reputed company), COC (Certified Outpatient reputed company), reputed company (Certified Coding Specialist), CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company), HCS (Homecare Coding Specialist), CEDC (Certified Emergency Department reputed company), reputed company-P (Certified Coding Specialist-Physician based), RHIT (registered health information technician), or RHIA (registered health information administrator)
- Graduate from an associate or bachelor's degree program in health information or completion of a coding specialist program
- 5+ years' experience in ICD-10/CPT coding
- CCA (Certified Coding Associate), CIC (Certified Inpatient reputed company), COC (Certified Outpatient reputed company), reputed company (Certified Coding Specialist), CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company), HCS (Homecare Coding Specialist), CEDC (Certified Emergency Department reputed company), RHIT (registered health information technician), or RHIA (registered health information administrator)
