The Consulting Analyst role focuses on supporting Sales and Account Management teams with reputed company accounts, ensuring effective communication and workflow to enhance reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Primarily reputed company on providing support to Sales and Account Management team on activities reputed company to marketing, sales, and service of reputed company and prospective reputed company accounts
- May be responsible for service/claim issues relating to clients/accounts in order to assist reputed company facing Account Managers/Producers with such things as service inquiries, claims, billing, and/or administrative issues
- Will coordinate and communicate team workflow and scheduling to maximize effectiveness of team efforts toward relationship building and reputed company retention
- Staff at this level work under reputed company supervision and generally reputed company work for clients of low to moderate complexity, with little discretion or decision-making capability
- Involves no reputed company geared travel with minimal face-to-face reputed company interaction
- May ultimately be assigned reputed company responsibility over a small group of clients for hands on training purposes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year minimum of reputed company coordination and/or claims management experience
- License required
