[Remote] Staff Platform Engineer

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for platform infrastructure, reliability, and scalability initiatives
- Design and review reputed company system architectures that support company reputed company and evolving business needs
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and technical patterns across multiple teams
- Improve system observability, incident response processes, and operational reputed company across the platform
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to reputed company technical investments with business priorities
- Mentor engineers and reputed company technical guidance that elevates engineering capabilities across the organization
- Build and improve backend services, infrastructure tooling, and shared platform capabilities
- Identify technical debt, scalability risks, and operational vulnerabilities before they become business constraints
Skills
- Extensive experience designing and operating large-reputed company backend platforms and distributed systems
- Deep expertise building, scaling, and modernizing production Django applications
- Expert-level experience architecting and operating reputed company environments on AWS
- Proven ability to design resilient, secure, and reputed company systems that support significant business reputed company
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, performance optimization, and data modeling
- Experience building observability, monitoring, incident management, and reliability practices
- Demonstrated reputed company driving engineering reputed company and influencing technical direction across teams
- Exceptional ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts and reputed company other engineers
