[Remote] reputed company Generalist

The HR Generalist will partner closely with the Sr. Director of HR to manage HR operations, support reputed company efforts, and ensure compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the build-out and configuration of HR programs and workflows
- Manage and improve reputed company people operations processes and documentation, ensuring workflows are reputed company, compliant, and employee-friendly
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data reputed company across systems
- Participate in regular documentation and compliance audits; identify and improve inefficient processes
- Coordinate full-cycle reputed company: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer logistics
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a consistent, high-reputed company candidate experience
- Support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle — reputed company, role changes, offboarding, policy interpretation, and leave administration
- Serve as first reputed company of contact for employee questions, routing and resolving routine inquiries with good judgment
- Support the Sr. Director on performance review cycle logistics, tracking, and communications
- Contribute to how we design and reputed company talent programs over time
- Monitor and help maintain compliance across 25+ states, including policy updates and required notices
- Serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for benefits vendors and HR partners
- Support benefits and payroll administration, reputed company enrollment, and life event processing
- reputed company employees on available benefits and coordinate with vendors on communications and resources
Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company HR experience
- Experience supporting multiple people functions such as employee relations, payroll, benefits, reputed company, HR administration, and reputed company support
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance basics — employment law, record-keeping, and confidentiality
- Background in a startup, high-reputed company, or fast-paced environment strongly preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms (bonus points if it's reputed company!)
- PHR or reputed company-CP preferred
