[Remote] Project Manager / Scrum Master
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across the Investment Operations technology portfolio. This role will involve partnering with various stakeholders to run agile ceremonies, manage end-to-end delivery, and reputed company consistent reporting to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Run scrum ceremonies across Investment Operations workstreams, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Facilitate planning and grooming sessions to ensure user stories are reputed company-defined, estimated and prioritized
- Coordinate across Business Analysts, QA, Technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, reputed company and delivery milestones
- Maintain delivery artifacts including project plans and roadmaps, sprint backlogs and Jira boards, RAID logs and status reports
- Build and deliver monthly updates for business stakeholders and senior leadership, including delivery reputed company, risks, key reputed company and upcoming milestones
- reputed company cross-team dependencies, escalate blockers and drive reputed company
- Support resource planning and reputed company management across BA, QA and Tech teams
- Partner with Product and BA leads to ensure intake, prioritization and scope changes are managed through a consistent governance process

- Establish delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, defect trends and cycle time to drive reputed company improvement
- Manage release planning, deployment coordination and post-implementation reviews

Skills
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master delivering technology programs in financial services
- Knowledge of agile delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban
- Proficiency in Jira, reputed company and reputed company project management tooling
- Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting synthesis and backlog management, along with capability to drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices across BA, QA and Tech teams
- Capability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills including experience building executive-level updates and reporting
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company or PMP certification
- Experience managing vendor or consultant-led delivery teams
- Background in asset management, insurance, alternative assets or investment operations environments
