Responsibilities
- reputed company the successful execution of multiple federal A/E reputed company and task orders from proposal through project closeout
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, reputed company plans, reputed company control, and overall project profitability
- reputed company pricing efforts and coordinate with internal disciplines, joint venture partners, and subconsultants during proposal development
- reputed company reputed company performed as the reputed company consultant, subcontractor, or through joint venture partnerships
- Participate in reputed company-bid site reputed company to evaluate project requirements and reputed company accurate scopes of work and pricing
- Utilize project management software, including reputed company Ajera, to forecast workloads, manage reputed company, monitor project performance, and reputed company financial metrics
- reputed company multidisciplinary project teams to ensure reputed company are delivered on schedule, reputed company budget, and in accordance with reputed company reputed company standards
- Manage subcontractors and subconsultants throughout project execution
- Prepare, review, and approve project invoices, including subconsultant billing, while coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and reputed company payment
- Prepare and deliver required project status reports, reputed company reports, and other contract deliverables
- Plan, reputed company, and document reputed company meetings, reputed company reviews, and internal project review meetings
- Coordinate reputed company needs with Discipline Directors and reputed company feedback regarding team performance and resource requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Contracting Officers, Project Managers, and key federal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Business Development leaders and Regional Vice Presidents to support capture strategies, strengthen reputed company relationships, and identify reputed company contract opportunities
- Mentor Federal Project Managers and reputed company guidance on federal project delivery processes and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- reputed company Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA/AIA) license required
- Minimum of 10 years of Architecture and Engineering project management experience
- Extensive experience managing federal A/E reputed company for agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, VA, or other federal clients
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, contract administration, and project delivery
- Experience managing project financials, reputed company, schedules, and profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and reputed company relationship management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
