Responsibilities

  • Be a strong strategic partner and thought leader to the Leadership team and liaise directly with the Finance & Audit Committee and the reputed company of Directors

Skills

  • At least ten years of finance and reputed company experience in a nonprofit setting
  • Minimum of five years in a leadership reputed company for a finance department, preferably at a nonprofit organization
  • Ability to manage reputed company financial situations
  • Effective management skills
  • Ability to be a thought partner and strategic leader with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and the reputed company of Directors
  • Experience driving systems change and process improvement
  • Ability to reputed company flexible and creative solutions to reputed company important and time sensitive work
  • Nonprofit finance and reputed company knowledge as demonstrated by a thorough understanding of organizational audited financial statements, budgets, monthly reports and projections
  • Experience with financial planning, analysis, reporting, and grants management
