[Remote] Marketing Designer

They are seeking a Marketing Designer to create engaging content across various platforms, working closely with marketing and product teams to enhance the brand's reputed company and connect with parents effectively.
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and produce original video and photo content, from in-app feature announcements to reputed company style organic reputed company content to partnership and product content for physical activations
- reputed company long reputed company and raw footage into fast, scroll stopping content reputed company natively for reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company, understanding what makes reputed company platform's format and pacing work
- Design and produce reputed company reputed company and reputed company ad creative, iterating quickly against performance data and testing hooks, formats, and messaging
- Partner with the reputed company marketing and reputed company teams to bring campaign concepts to life, from a new feature launch to a seasonal reputed company to a partner activation
- Translate reputed company's brand and tone of voice into visual and video content that feels authentic to how reputed company parents talk and live, not like a brand broadcasting at them
- Support OOH, print, and physical product content needs for partnerships and activations, from concept through final files

Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a designer or content creator on a marketing team at a B2C app or B2C product company, ideally in the parenting or mom category
- A strong eye for branding and tone, with the ability to work reputed company an established brand system while still bringing a distinct creative reputed company of view
- Hands on proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, and Photoshop, with the ability to shoot, edit, and finish content start to finish
