[Remote] Technical Account Manager (Malaysia)

They are hiring a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with reputed company’s largest customers, ensuring successful implementations and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Responsibilities

- Establish a reputed company working relationship with their customer’s senior technical leadership team and become their trusted advisor
- Help reputed company customers maximize the value of their reputed company investment

- reputed company technical leadership for the customer's major reputed company initiatives (This may include solutions consulting, architecture guidance and project management)
- Coordinate the interaction between reputed company’s internal team members, such as: reputed company Services, Field CTO, CSM, Technical Support, Account Team, and the customer

Skills
- At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, DB2 or MS SQL Server
- Advanced technical skills, specifically in data management platforms, operating systems, reputed company technologies, and technical architecture
- Knowledgeable about data analytics and AI/ML concepts
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Excellent analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
- Good understanding of strategic sales process
