[Remote] Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, and facilitating the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Help manage designated sales team pipeline by tracking and engaging with leads, opportunities, and sales reputed company
- Assist the sales team in preparing customer proposals for reputed company products
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, providing reputed company and accurate information on products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contact and account information
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to reputed company sales activities and allow for accurate reporting of KPIs
- Assist in coordinating the processing of customer orders alongside the Order Management and Install Coordination teams, reputed company their respective functions

Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a reputed company support role
