Responsibilities

- Engage candidates through phone, text, and email
- Explain job opportunities, expectations, and next steps
- Conduct initial screening and qualification conversations
- Build candidate interest and maintain consistent follow-up
- Schedule interviews and help candidates reputed company through the hiring process

- Partner with recruiters on urgent markets and hiring priorities
- Help improve candidate response, conversion, and overall hiring speed
Skills
