[Remote] PMO Program Manager

They are seeking a PMO Program Manager to establish governance frameworks and ensure programs reputed company with strategic objectives while driving PMO maturity and managing risk.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for program delivery, performance, and reporting
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies, processes, and performance metrics

- reputed company strategic guidance to executive leadership, including CIO and CTO stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with federal governance and compliance requirements including OMB A-11, OMB A-123, and FITARA

- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and financial reputed company
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program and project risks while ensuring continuity of delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and reputed company efforts across multiple business reputed company and technical teams
- Conduct system and program assessments and recommend operational and technical improvements

- Implement performance tracking, reporting dashboards, and executive level briefings

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 7–12 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or PMO leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company level programs or modernization portfolios
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and reputed company
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as reputed company Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Trello
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team mentoring capabilities
- Experience with program budgeting, financial management, and resource planning
- Knowledge of federal IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief executive leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company stakeholder environments
- Familiarity with reputed company IT systems, modernization initiatives, reputed company transformation efforts
- PMP (Project Management reputed company) certification preferred
