The role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring performance and stability across multiple customer networks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reputed company to routing, switching, and reputed company

• Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
