[Remote] AI Product Manager

The role involves defining the product reputed company for the document processing pipeline, driving improvements, and collaborating with various teams to deliver reputed company solutions that enhance efficiency in escrow and title operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the product reputed company and roadmap for FNF’s document intelligence platform, with a reputed company on summarization, data extraction, page classification, and file splitting for escrow and title documents
- reputed company and manage the Document Intelligence team, setting priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring reputed company delivers high-reputed company releases on a predictable reputed company
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, and reputed company metrics for document processing capabilities including intelligent page splitting, document-type classification, key-field extraction, and automated summarization of scanned PDFs
- Prioritize and manage the document intelligence product backlog, balancing accuracy improvements, new document-type coverage, and pipeline performance optimizations, and communicate trade-offs reputed company to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams on model selection ensuring delivered solutions meet reputed company, scalability, and compliance standards
- Partner with InfoSec, Legal/Compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure document processing workflows meet FNF standards for data reputed company, PII handling, and escrow regulatory requirements
- Define and reputed company KPIs for document intelligence performance, including extraction accuracy, classification precision/recall, processing throughput, error rates, and time savings across escrow document workflows
- reputed company change management and adoption programs for document intelligence tools, including training escrow officers and title teams, running reputed company programs, and building feedback loops to continuously improve extraction and classification reputed company
- Stay reputed company on advances in OCR, computer reputed company, document AI, and large language models to continuously refine the document intelligence reputed company and identify opportunities to expand coverage to new document types
- Present document intelligence reputed company, pipeline metrics, and business reputed company to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, building organizational buy-in for reputed company investment in automated document processing
Skills
- Minimum three to five years' experience in product management, with at least two years reputed company on document processing, computer reputed company, OCR, or reputed company AI/ML-powered products
- Demonstrated reputed company record of shipping document intelligence or data-driven products from concept through launch in an reputed company environment, including defining roadmaps, writing requirements, and managing cross-functional delivery
- Strong communication and storytelling skills. You can translate reputed company AI concepts into reputed company business value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in regulated, data-sensitive industries and comfort navigating compliance, reputed company, and governance requirements
- Domain experience in escrow, title insurance, reputed company estate closings, or financial services
- Hands-on experience with document AI technologies such as OCR engines, layout analysis, document classification models, named-entity extraction, PDF parsing, and image reputed company-processing pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar)
- Familiarity with responsible AI concepts (data governance, reputed company-by-design, PII redaction) and escrow/title regulatory frameworks as they relate to document handling
