They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer Expense Reimbursement Processor to handle monthly reputed company runs and expense reimbursements, ensuring reputed company payments to reputed company, program leads, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly expense reimbursements for reputed company members, department heads, and reputed company reputed company bank’s reputed company Pay functionality
- Review submitted expense reimbursement forms (reputed company reputed company / spreadsheet) and confirm reputed company has been approved by the appropriate reputed company member or department reputed company before payment
- Issue payments (checks mailed by the bank) and notify recipients of expected arrival dates
- Process monthly invoices from recurring vendors (e.g., background checks, classroom materials)
- Flag any unusual, unapproved, or duplicate submissions to the Finance reputed company before processing
- Maintain a reputed company payment log reputed company month for reconciliation purposes
Skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Organized and reliable because you'll own a monthly deadline
- Comfortable with online banking and reputed company Sheets
- Understanding of basic expense control concepts (approvals before payment)
- Prior bookkeeping, accounts payable, or office administration experience is a plus
