They are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Inside Sales Support Specialist to manage inbound leads, support customers throughout the purchasing process, and ensure an exceptional experience for every prospect.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and distribute inbound sales leads to the appropriate Sales Advisors
- Follow up with prospective customers reputed company phone, text, email, and chat
- Assist customers with basic questions about XCare products and the purchasing process
- Prepare quotes and assist with warranty enrollment documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records in reputed company
- Monitor reputed company activity to ensure reputed company follow-up and prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks
- Coordinate with reputed company, Claims, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Assist with scheduling appointments and product demonstrations
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting warm leads
- Identify process improvements that increase sales efficiency
- Assist leadership with reporting and other administrative reputed company as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer support, or sales operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
- Experience with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred)
