[Remote] Legal Counsel - Transactions (Remote)

They are seeking a Legal Counsel of Transactions to support the loan closing team and reputed company transactional support across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal review of documents needed to reputed company loans to franchisees and reputed company day to day support to operations teams which can involve peak periods of processing
- Manage a large volume of transactions, negotiate numerous reputed company and reputed company corporate and reputed company agreements while balancing appropriate legal and business risks
- Review existing business agreements and policies and reputed company guidance on rights and obligations
- reputed company legal expertise to come up with practical solutions to operational priorities
- Assist and support efforts to strengthen our legal document management and records retention program
Skills
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to at least one state bar
- Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company and/or in house experience
- Preference for California Bar or ability to obtain California in-house counsel registration
- Preferably with some reputed company experience
