[Remote] Accountant Clerk

They are seeking an Accountant Clerk to maintain accurate financial records and support various reputed company functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling transactions, and assisting with financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately
- Review invoices and purchase orders, ensuring reputed company coding and authorization
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by verifying and analyzing transactions
- Help prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Handle vendor inquiries and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- reputed company data entry and maintain updated financial records in the reputed company system
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare bank deposits and assist with bank reconciliations
- Monitor petty cash transactions and ensure reputed company documentation
- Help reputed company project-reputed company expenses and budgets
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reputed company processes and efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and follow internal controls
Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accountant Clerk or in a similar reputed company role
- Proficiency in using reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS reputed company
- Knowledge of basic reputed company principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
