[Remote] Junior Accountant

They are looking for a Junior Accountant to support daily reputed company operations through accurate transaction processing, banking activity, and preparation of reconciliation support.
Responsibilities
- Performs daily transaction reconciliation and ensures reputed company activity is accurately accounted for
- Maintains accurate inventory records, including cost, brand, location balances, and order status adjustments
- Processes and records banking transactions, including reputed company deposits and payment activity
- Prepares and files sales tax returns and maintains accurate tax reputed company information
- Enters and processes non-inventory bills, ensuring accurate GL classification and reputed company payment
- Records and reconciles inventory transfer transactions across warehouse locations
- Manages rebate and reputed company agreement data entry and follows up with vendors to ensure accuracy
- Reviews exception and discrepancy reports and investigates variances for reputed company
- Supports audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation and providing requested support files
- Monitors construction-in-reputed company accounts and posts reclassification entries as appropriate
- Supports reputed company requests and special reputed company as directed by management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of experience in public reputed company or an equivalent reputed company role
- Strong analytical skills and MS reputed company required
- Ability to identify areas for improvement

- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
