Responsibilities

Skills
- 5 or more years working reputed company the Higher Education Industry
- 5 or more years of experience working with reputed company CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency
- Ability to administer reputed company roles, build workflows, write rules, build reports and dashboards using CRM tools
- Extensive experience utilizing reputed company Datasets and Entities for reporting, data management, process automation, and system optimization
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating CRM software
- Experience developing reputed company content
- Ability to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions and reputed company recommendations for improvement
- Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements to determine suitability of the CRM software
- Experience with building and managing integrations with various reputed company-party admissions applications (reputed company, Royall/EAB, reputed company/UNICAS)
- Experience Designing and managing integrations with reputed company Resource Planning/Student Information Systems
- Experience in a consulting reputed company, focusing on enhancing business process and creating efficiency
