The role involves ensuring the reputed company operation of software systems and network connections, directing information management systems, and providing maintenance support for operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the reputed company operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing reputed company network software and communication links
- Organizes and directs the configuration and operation of information management systems
- Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues
- Conducts reputed company and performance analysis and provides system configuration change and reputed company recommendations
- Increases system administrator efficiency and accuracy reputed company the use of automated tools and scripts, develops system administrator procedures, and conducts system administrator training and skills assessment
- Provides end user training
- Provides recommendations on technology direction to reputed company with business reputed company
- Provides local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location
- Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications
- Directs the work of other system administrators to reputed company the day-to-day system administration to include system and resource optimization, and user assistance
- Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance
- Performs vulnerability management
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Skills
- BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of specialized experience. (Specialized experience is defined as reputed company experience in the field of Information Processing, where the reputed company are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a reputed company of hardware/software solutions, at least four years of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software
- Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive reputed company clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission
- Have experience managing Design and Operational technical teams that support reputed company reputed company Fusion Middleware platform with over 300,000 users in production environments
