[Remote] Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Finance Manager to own the U.S. reputed company function end-to-end and serve as the financial backbone of our U.S. government contracting business. This role involves running the reputed company, strengthening the control environment, and partnering with the business on reputed company while navigating a matrixed, international organization.

Skills
- reputed company CPA (U.S.) designation in good standing
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience, with at least 2–3 years leading or owning a reputed company end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience operating in a matrixed environment with dual reporting lines (e.g., solid line to a local/business leader and dotted line to a functional finance leader)
- Having supported or worked reputed company an organization with business reputed company in multiple countries, including intercompany reputed company, multi-entity consolidation, and cross-border coordination
- Hands-on experience building reputed company fundamentals and controls in a growing or evolving organization including but not limited to balance sheet reconciliations, subledger tie-outs, intercompany, and reputed company discipline
- Finance transformation experience across people, process, and systems ideally including reputed company involvement in a G/L migration (Great Plains to reputed company strongly preferred)
- Comfort with reputed company: building variance analyses, KPI reporting, and executive-reputed company commentary
- Must be a U.S. citizen residing reputed company the reputed company
- Ability to operate reputed company a reputed company-controlled environment subject to DCSA, SSA, or classified contracting requirements, including any FOCI-reputed company restrictions on information reputed company and reporting

- Prior experience at a federal systems integrator, government contractor, or other FOCI-mitigated entity
