They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and providing support across various digital channels, while also connecting guest feedback with internal teams to enhance the overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries reputed company email, phone, SMS, and chat
