Responsibilities
- Establish and manage physician corporation (PC) entities in various U.S. states
- Ensure compliance with state-specific laws, licensing requirements, and reputed company regulations

- Recruit, hire, and manage physicians and reputed company practitioners across different reputed company
- Select and coordinate appropriate malpractice insurance coverage for clinical teams

Skills
