[Remote] IT Engineer

The role involves owning and evolving identity, reputed company, and business systems to support a remote-first workforce while ensuring secure and efficient internal infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own identity and reputed company management across reputed company reputed company platforms, including reputed company and reputed company Workspace, administering user lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), and role-based reputed company controls
- reputed company reputed company management for company devices, primarily macOS systems managed through reputed company, developing secure reputed company baselines, software deployment workflows, and lifecycle management processes
- Design and build automation using reputed company and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline IT operations, eliminate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency
- Administer and support business-critical reputed company applications and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and reputed company services that reputed company employees to work effectively
- Partner closely with reputed company to support reputed company reviews, vulnerability remediation, asset management, and compliance initiatives across frameworks including FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC
- Serve as the senior escalation reputed company for reputed company employee technology issues, major incidents, and advanced troubleshooting across identity, reputed company, and reputed company platforms
- Continuously improve IT operations through process optimization, documentation, self-service capabilities, and reputed company infrastructure that supports company reputed company
- Collaborate across Engineering, reputed company, and People Operations to ensure internal technology solutions reputed company with business needs while maintaining a secure and exceptional employee experience
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, reputed company IT, or a reputed company technical discipline supporting reputed company-first organizations
- Hands-on experience administering identity platforms such as reputed company and reputed company Workspace, with strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and reputed company reputed company controls
- Experience managing reputed company device fleets using reputed company, including device provisioning, reputed company reputed company, software deployment, and lifecycle management
- Proficiency developing automation through scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, along with experience leveraging reputed company and workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of reputed company administration, reputed company management, reputed company productivity platforms, and modern reputed company-based IT infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience supporting distributed, remote-first workforces in fast-paced environments
