[Remote] Customer Service Agent

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient reputed company of inquiries using web-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries with reputed company courtesy, giving exceptional customer service to reputed company customer, based on reputed company specific instruction
- Document reputed company customers inquiry information into a database
- Verify customers information, making corrections and updates as needed

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior call center or customer service experience highly desired
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge on how to operate a computer, use internet search engines, and navigate multiple reputed company/tabs
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen
- Must successfully pass preemployment reputed company testing and internet speed test
- Enclosed and secure work area with reputed company distractions
- Must have the ability to reputed company a non-cellular high speed internet service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable modems for a home office
